RECORDING RANCH
North of Berlin in the rural nowhere of the Uckermark you will find the recording studio Recording Ranch. Behind the façade of the more than 100-year-old brick house, there are a wide range of possibilities for the latest sound and recording technology. The 11 sqm recording room, newly built in 2021 and well thought-out in terms of sound, adjoins to the control room. Artists and producers can realize audio projects here. The atmosphere of a shore leave inspires artistic creativity, topped with our technical assistance and love for good sound, professional sound recordings are created for a wide variety of projects.
STUDIO
The sound of the studio is not only dampened, but also absorbed within the room, so that no unwanted reflections or room modes occur. High-quality ribbon and condenser microphones benefit from this and can transport an even more differentiated sound. The different sounds of the past decades can be authentically reproduced through the best A/D conversion with Universal Audio Interfaces. In addition, you have a basic set of instruments and amplifiers at your disposal. Your favorite musical recording concepts, for example recording LIVE together, recording in groups or recording everything individually and then putting it together later, is implemented professionally and easily. From the rock band to the string quartet, to the podcast, audio book or synchronization session, everything is possible. An equipment setup tailored to you with a feel-good tune makes it possible.
SERVICE
Dirk Beck is available as a recording engineer at the Recording Ranch! The longtime musician started with various production work years before his diploma in audio engineering.
accomodation Mi casa es su casa! The large house offers sleeping places for up to 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a 100 sqm converted attic that can be used for celebrating, relaxing, for meetings or for brainstorming.
To make your way to the outback easier, you can use our pick-up service. The bus can transport up to 8 people and equipment.
Of course, we also edit external recordings and add the necessary depth of sound to your projects. We can also actively support you with advice on arrangement and composition. We are very happy to work with the methods of data communication via web server and video chat.
DETAILS
Dear musicians, artists, speakers, producers and actors, we warmly welcome creative professionals who wish to stay overnight. We would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible and, in addition to your work, we would be happy to introduce the sources of inspiration on site. Feeding the cows and chickens, making a BBQ and a campfire, going to the outdoor sauna, lying in the hammock in the garden, going for a walk in the forest, having someone to cook for you here or going out to eat, swimming in the local lake, ... some things also promote your life work -Balance here at the ranch.
